About my work

I’m Jon Keen, a UK-based sole trader offering Soulful Integration Coaching to adults online, in English, internationally. You can reach me at jon@jonkeen.com.

My work draws on coaching, psychological and somatic approaches, and previous psychotherapy experience. It is coaching, not psychotherapy, medical treatment or crisis support. Therapists are welcome as coaching clients; supervision is offered to coaches only.

The resources here support reflection and personal development, not individual clinical advice. For urgent help, please contact appropriate services where you are.

Working together

The complimentary 30-minute introductory video call helps us explore whether we might work well together, with no obligation to continue.

Before paid work begins, we will agree the scope, fees, confidentiality and cancellation arrangements in a separate written coaching agreement, including any statutory cooling-off rights.

Fees are in pounds sterling. I am not VAT registered. Your payment provider may charge for currency conversion. Instalments spread the cost of an agreed engagement; they are not a monthly subscription.

Caring for our time

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange a paid session. With less notice, or if you miss a session, it will normally count as used and remain payable: the time is reserved for you and is difficult to offer to someone else at short notice.

If I cancel, we will rearrange or refund the session. Complimentary introductory calls carry no cancellation charge.

Early-ending arrangements will be explained before you commit. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Care and responsibility

I provide coaching with reasonable care and skill. You remain responsible for your decisions, and I remain responsible for my service. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed; testimonials reflect individual experiences.

My Privacy Policy explains how I handle personal information. External services have their own terms, without removing my responsibilities.

You are welcome to use website resources for personal reflection. Please ask before reproducing or distributing original material, except where legally permitted.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Updates will not retrospectively change an existing coaching agreement without your agreement.
