Coaching, not clinical treatment

My work draws upon training and experience in coaching, psychotherapy, depth psychology, Psychosynthesis and somatic approaches.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, services offered through this website are coaching and developmental services, not psychotherapy, medical treatment or psychiatric care.

Using this website or contacting me does not establish a therapist-client or clinical relationship.

Nothing here should replace appropriate medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or other professional advice.

If you are experiencing an immediate mental-health crisis or are at risk of harm, please contact emergency or crisis services where you are located.

Your journey remains your own

Depth work can open new perspectives, but no particular outcome can be guaranteed.

Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not promises of similar results.

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions and decisions.

Payments and cancellations

Paid coaching may be governed by a separate agreement, proposal, booking terms or invoice.

Those terms take precedence where they differ from these general Terms.

Third-party services

This website may use third-party services for scheduling, payments, video calls and other functions.

I choose these providers with reasonable care but do not control their availability, security or privacy practices.

Liability

I take reasonable care to keep the information on this website useful and accurate, but cannot guarantee that everything will always be complete, current or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on this website.

Nothing in these Terms removes any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any individual coaching agreement may contain additional terms.
