Who I am

Soulful Integration Coaching is operated by Jon Keen, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

Payments may appear under the name Jon Keen.

Information I collect

I may collect:

  • your name and contact details;

  • information you provide when enquiring or booking;

  • payment and transaction information;

  • correspondence and information you voluntarily share during our work;

  • limited professional notes;

  • newsletter preferences; and

  • basic technical information about how this website is used.

I aim to collect only what is genuinely useful or necessary.

How I use your information

I may use your information to:

  • respond to enquiries;

  • provide and administer coaching;

  • manage appointments and payments;

  • communicate with you about our work;

  • maintain appropriate professional, financial and tax records;

  • send occasional reflections or resources where you have chosen to receive them; and

  • operate and improve this website.

Under UK data protection law, I process information where necessary to fulfil a contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests, or where you have given consent.

Sensitive information, including information relating to physical or mental health, is treated with additional care.

Confidentiality

The nature of this work calls for discretion.

I do not sell your personal information.

I may use trusted providers for website hosting, email, scheduling, video calls, payment processing, bookkeeping and secure storage. They receive only the information necessary to provide those services.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where there is a serious and immediate concern for someone’s safety.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used.

How long I keep information

I keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary.

As a general guide:

  • unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted within 12 months;

  • client, contractual and financial records may be retained for up to 7 years after our work ends where appropriate;

  • mailing-list information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be removed.

This website may use essential cookies and limited analytics.

Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, they will only be used after you give permission.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where applicable.
