Soulful Integration Coaching
Your Path to Inner Guidance and Integration
What is asking for attention in your life, and what might become possible if you gave it space?
Soulful Integration Coaching brings together the practical focus of coaching, the exploratory depth of psychology and the wisdom of bodily experience. Together, we explore the challenges, transitions and possibilities before you, making room for fresh insight and meaningful change.
Our work supports Self-Realisation: discovering more of your own nature and bringing that understanding into your relationships, choices and everyday life. A Handcrafted Life rooted in meaning and purpose.
What Makes This Work Different?
My approach explores the relationship between your everyday sense of who you are and the deeper possibilities within you. In Jungian psychology, this is the relationship between the ego and the Self.
Just as a sculptor clears excess stone to reveal the masterpiece within, our work helps uncover more of your own nature, beyond familiar roles, expectations and patterns.
Through honest conversation, thoughtful exploration and attention to bodily experience, we discover new understanding and explore how it can shape the way you live.
This Work May Be For You If:
✦
At a Threshold
You are navigating a significant life or professional transition and sense that old ways of living no longer fit.
✦
Accomplished, Yet Seeking More
Your life may look successful from the outside, yet you sense that something essential is missing or wants fuller expression.
✦
Drawn to Depth
You want to understand the patterns shaping your life and discover what is asking to emerge, rather than settle for quick fixes.
✦
Integrating a Significant Experience
You have been through a profound experience and want space to explore its meaning, deepen your understanding and bring what you discover into everyday life.
✦
No Longer Willing to Wait
You sense that important parts of your life have been on hold and are ready to explore what matters, bringing greater meaning into how you live, relate and choose.
Soulful Integration Coaching draws on three complementary approaches
Jungian Psychology
For exploring symbols, archetypes and unconscious patterns, while supporting the lifelong process of individuation.
Psychosynthesis
For bringing different parts of the self into relationship, strengthening inner alignment and integrating spiritual or transformative experiences.
Somatic Experiencing
For listening to the body’s wisdom, developing nervous-system capacity and helping insight become grounded, embodied change.
Our work takes shape around you: the questions you bring, the patterns we discover and the life you want to create. These approaches inform a deeply personal exploration, connecting inner discovery with how you live.
An Invitation to Meet
Choosing someone to work with is personal. A complimentary 30-minute video conversation gives us space to meet, explore what brings you here and answer your questions.
Together, we can consider whether we would work well together and what support might suit you. There is no obligation to continue.
✦

Frequently Asked Questions
-
This is coaching, informed by depth psychology, Psychosynthesis, somatic approaches and my background in psychotherapy. We make space for deeper exploration and new understanding, alongside practical changes in how you live.
Our agreement is for coaching, rather than psychotherapy or mental-health treatment. If another form of support would be more appropriate, we will discuss this openly.
-
It may be. Outward success does not always bring a sense of meaning, connection or direction. Together, we explore what remains meaningful, what no longer fits and what is asking for attention.
You do not need to overturn your life or arrive with a clear explanation. Our work offers space to understand this unease and discover a way forward that is more genuinely your own.
-
No. You do not need to identify as spiritual, share a particular worldview or have had a transformative experience.
We can explore questions of meaning, purpose and identity in language that makes sense to you. My approach makes room for both curiosity and scepticism, without asking you to adopt my beliefs or interpretations.
-
Yes, where coaching is the right support. A peak experience is only part of the journey; integration unfolds in the valley of everyday life.
Whether you return with clarity, uncertainty or difficult questions, we make space to explore the experience without imposing an interpretation. Together, we consider what it means for you and how to bring what is useful into your relationships, choices and daily rhythms.
-
Yes. Many of my clients are therapists and coaches seeking space for their own exploration, life transitions and integration. Our work offers an opportunity to attend to yourself beyond your professional role, with room for both new understanding and meaningful change.
I also offer supervision for coaches. For therapists, our work together is personal coaching, not clinical supervision.
-
This coaching service does not provide crisis support or treatment for acute mental-health difficulties. If you need urgent support or help becoming more stable, an appropriate mental-health professional or local crisis service is the right starting point.
Having a mental-health diagnosis does not automatically rule out coaching. We consider your circumstances and support needs individually, including whether coaching is appropriate alongside any existing care.
-
Yes. I am based in the United Kingdom and work online with English-speaking clients internationally. Sessions take place by video call, with appointment times agreed across our time zones.

Six sessions over three months give us time to establish a working relationship, explore recurring patterns and put new understanding into practice between conversations. It offers continuity without asking you to decide on a longer engagement before we begin.
Towards the end, we review the work together. You may choose to finish, pause or continue, with six- and twelve-month engagements available by agreement.
-
We meet by video for a complimentary 30-minute conversation. There is space to share what brings you here, ask questions and explore whether my approach is a good fit for the support you are seeking.
It is an opportunity to meet, rather than a coaching session, and there is no obligation to continue. If we decide to work together, we agree the arrangements before beginning.
